What 30 Years in Real Estate Actually Teaches You.
Why My Approach Works
I don’t teach theory.
I teach what works.
I’m known nationally for building disciplined database systems that are simple, scalable and effective. I specialise in helping agents:
• Stay in consistent contact with thousands of people
• Run structured hot, warm and cold chase lists
• Build “never forget” nurturing strategies
• Use technology properly to stay front of mind
• Maximise their opportunity to sit at the kitchen table
This is what I spoke about at AREC — practical, structured relationship management that creates long-term listing opportunities.
Three Decades Inside Real Estate Performance
I’ve spent more than 30 years inside residential real estate, not studying it from the sidelines, but operating in it at the highest level.
I’ve sold over 1,000 properties and transacted more than $900 million in residential sales.
I’ve competed in strong markets and flat ones.
I’ve won listings, lost listings, negotiated under pressure, managed difficult vendors, handled buyer standoffs and worked through every challenge this industry throws at you.
There is very little an agent will face that I haven’t faced myself.
I later moved into executive leadership, serving as Head of Victoria for both Belle Property and hocking stuart, where I led the acquisition and integration of 40 offices.
I also became Head of Academy at Belle Property, responsible for performance and leadership development across 160 offices and 1,900 professionals nationwide.
I’ve worked as a salesperson, director, executive, trainer and advisor.
That breadth matters.
It means I understand the pressures at every level of the business, from the listing presentation to the boardroom.
